Hosting an event

What management needs from you

Every event is approved by the property manager first. Give them the details early and approval takes 2–3 days.

  1. 01

    Give notice

Tell the property manager at least ten days ahead: what, when, how long, how many, and where.

  2. 02

    Wait for approval

Two to three days. If it is refused you get the reason in writing.

  3. 03

    Submit your guests

A full attendee list goes to the property manager. Security check people in at the gate.

  4. 04

    Pay in full

Hire, deposit and maintenance fee, seven days before the event.

Paying

The full amount, including the non-refundable fee, is due 7 days before the event.

Cancelling

Cancel 3 days or less before and only the security deposit comes back — the hire and the fee do not.

House rules

So everyone still enjoys living here

These exist because the clubhouse sits among people’s homes. Management can step in, and end an event, if they are ignored.

Quiet hours

10pm – 7am

Amplified sound may be limited by time, place and the kind of event. Management can set a decibel limit.

Guests and access

Every guest needs a valid pass or verified ID. Security oversee all access points during the event.

Waste

Bins are provided. Spills and debris are cleared straight after — recyclables separated where possible.

Safety

Keep first-aid supplies to hand and know the emergency procedure. The host is responsible for their guests.

Large events

over 50

More than fifty guests, or outside vendors, may need a special permit with its own conditions.
